1. What is AgentsInk anyway?

Welcome! AgentsInk is a real estate design firm, simply put. We create designs specifically for Realtors®, as we have for years. We love the challenges that the industry provides and we like to think our work shows it.

The president and creator of AgentsInk created it to fulfill a growing demand in the industry. 

We noticed a trend in the Real Estate industry where Realtors were coming to us asking for logo or identity packages to help set themselves apart from the other agents in their offices or one across the street. Full custom logo and identity theme creation from an ESTABLISHED DESIGN FIRM can easily run in the $2,000-$5,000 range for 1-5 person offices. That could easily eat up an entire marketing budget for the year. So many Realtors had no choice but to shop low-cost, low-end design template web sites to stay within their budgets. People were frustrated with that large separation between finding high quality design and not spending their entire budget on a logo and identity package.

AgentsInk decided to create a product to close that gap.

We basically created AgentsInk as a mixture of the two options; professional design and low cost design. Realtors® can choose from a large number of pre-designed logos and 10-piece theme kits created by some of the best Real Estate designers out there and not empty their marketing piggy banks doing so. But what was most crucial for us was to allow the client to have interaction with their own designer just like they would working with a design agency to customize every possible aspect of their logo or theme kit, but at the same time cut the cost of production by offering pre-designed options to choose from, thereby saving the client a majority of the cost of logo and identity theme creation.

2. What are the advantages of purchasing an AgentsInk logo or theme kit?

The major advantages are price and quality: You get a high quality logo or theme kit designed for between $495 and $695. We will be with you until every detail is completed. Another advantage is time frame: It usually takes 15-30 days for a good designer to produce a logo and the same to design a fitting 10-piece marketing kit of such quality. But since we have created the initial concepts for you to choose from, we can shave off most of that waiting period.

3. What do I receive when I order a logo or theme kit?

LOGO KITS: Your logo comes in one or more of the industry standard formats [.PSD (Photoshop), .CDR (CorelDraw), .EPS, .JPG, .GIF] emailed to you in a .ZIP file.

10-PIECE THEME KITS:
The following documents in either .png, .jpg, or .tif formats, ready for use, emailed to you in a .ZIP file.

LOGO AND THEME TOTAL MARKETING KIT: Your logo and all ten pieces of your theme kit emailed in a .ZIP file. Upon request, AgentsInk can mail you a CD of your files. You will need unzipping software to open the .zip file. Most computers have this ability built in. If you cannot open your file; Windows users may visit www.HotScripts.com or www.WinZip.com . 4. Do you guarantee your work?

Definitely. That's the point of creating AgentsInk! To create lifelong real estate design clients that feel comfortable coming to us for help with their projects. We want you to look at those other design firms and other template cheap web sites and feel really good that you found AgentsInk. Whether it is your first or tenth project with us, you are guaranteed satisfaction. Your AgentsInk designer will work with you until you are satisfied on any project, whether it be a predesigned logo or a company wide marketing campaign.

5. Do you do custom projects?

We love custom projects! So yes we do them. In fact, we've been doing custom design projects and management for the real estate industry for a long time. We have no problem saying we've worked with some of the biggest names in every area of real estate, from one person agencies to mega-brokers.

6. What if I need help in the future with my files? I'm not a designer!

Exactly. Part of being a good designer is creating a lasting working relationship with your clients. It's how you survive in the design business! You AgentsInk designer will always be available to you for questions or small file conversions or changes, free of charge...and yes, we mean forever. If your needs are bigger than what we consider a small change, we will discuss treating it like a small project and determine a fair cost to complete it together.

7. I want to buy a logo or theme kit, but I don't understand your website!

No problem. Not everyone has spent 1/3 of their lives looking at a computer screen like we have. We have done everything we can to create a user friendly, step by step purchasing process. But, if you are having problems understanding the site, then WE missed something when we created it!
